Request a bespoke delivery price

For orders to be delivered outside of the UK, and for some
larger orders, we are not able to automatically calculate the delivery charge.

We have been notified of your order and the requirement for
a bespoke delivery charge, we will calculate this and let you know by email
when we have done this, within one working day.

At that stage you may proceed with the order, if you wish.

International Customers

Whale Parts Direct can deliver to most parts of the world. However, there are restrictions on the products we can ship to certain countries. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, custom duties or taxes which are your responsibility where they apply. We are not able to advise you what these charges will be and Whale Parts Direct is not responsible for them. For non-UK deliveries there will be a short pause in the checkout process while we calculate the delivery cost.

Payment Methods

We take Debit and Credit Card payments, and use SagePay to ensure that these payments are processed securely. Whale Parts Direct does not process or store your credit card details. Your credit card details are securely processed by SagePay, a division of Sage (UK) Limited.
